Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and  you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. These details are secured on our site using a 2048bit SSL encryption system.

Where a product is depicted with the equipment fitted inside, this is for illustration purposes only and will be supplied without the equipment.

We accept both paypal payments & most credit/debit cards Via stripe payment services (paypal will also accept your credit/debit card if you dont have an active pay pal account).  If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. You will also receive an order confirmation via email to the email address supplied when ordering. Please check your junk or spam folder if no email has been received.

It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an offical vat invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Abandoned Shopping Cart

An abandoned shopping cart may contain personal data, depending where in the process the order was abandoned.  We do not collect nor process any personal information from an abandoned shopping cart.  No action is required by you (the Customer) as we actively delete abandoned shopping carts, where the last modified date is greater than 30 days old.  Before the 30 days your shopping cart can be recovered if you have entered your personal details for us to match the abandoned cart.

Product Specifications
We reserve the right to change a specification without notice. Images on the site are for a visual representation only and may differ from the actual product supplied.  Extruded aluminium are supplied in lengths (NOTE that there is a 1% tolerance in the length supplied)

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed you will be forwarded to either the secure Paypal site or the secure Braintree site where the payment will be processed . The Braintree payments may appear that you dont leave our site although the page that card details enters is actually a Braintree page designed to look like our site. We do not have access to or store any of your credit/debit card information.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.

Some orders may take longer, if you have any deadlines please contact us

Shipping And Handling
Goods will despatched using a 2-3 working day courier (Mainland UK) once ready for despatch. For other countries please allow 3-5days. For carriage charges check our shipping table http://www.flightcasefittings.co.uk/shipping-and-returns. This shows our standard shipping charges. However when purchasing  larger items, an additional shipping charge may be incurred. If this is the case we will contact you before we process the order for the additional payment. When we are shipping larger items or quantity orders an overseas pallet service can be provided. Please email our sales team sales@flightcasefittings.co.uk for a quotation.

**Note that some items may be shipped from different locations, in this instance ceratin items may arrive via a different courier or a different day** 

All goods must be checked upon receipt from couriers. If the courier will not wait whilst the goods are unwrapped and checked, then the consignment must be signed for as unchecked.

If the goods are signed for as recieved in good condition we cannot make a claim against the courier if damage has occured during transit

Any damages must be reported to flightcasefittings.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the goods

**Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and a full valid postal address must be supplied**

Extruded Aluminium lengths/ Laminated Boards/ Flightpanel sheets/Foam sheets
**Lengths of extruded aluminium/Laminated Boards/Flightpanel sheets/Foam Sheets to be shipped outside Mainland UK will incurr additional shipping costs**
We will contact you before we process the order for the additional payment

Due to manufacturing processes from the aluminium suppliers the length of extruded aluminium has a tolerance of +/- 1%

** We are unable to ship Spray Aerosol Adhesive M6900 outside of mainland UK**

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

Please note that some countries may charge an import duty to be paid on receipt of the goods. Such charges are the responsibility of the receiver and **NOT**  flightcasefittings.co.uk

For EU Countries the EU VAT & Customs Charges are NOT included and will be collected by the couriers before the goods can be delivered 

flightcasefittings.co.uk has no control over these payments and are implemented by the relevant countries own government and enforced by the relevant customs and excises department.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using either Braintree or Paypals secure site. We will not at any point recieve any of your credit/debit card details. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All personal details entered during the placing of your order are secured using a 2048bit SSL encryption system to ensure your personal details are secure.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

We occasionally will advertise special offers and reduced prices on certain products. We reserve the right to cancel any offer at anytime without prior notice

Black Friday Sale

The Black Friday discount  is only available on goods ordered online.

Offer is valid for the prescribed timescale or while stock lasts. Sale prices are ONLY available through our online websites and cannot be purchased over the telephone or in store. 


Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded and  the cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.


If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing that you wish to cancel the contract and are going to return goods up to 14 days from the date you received the goods. The goods must then be returned to us in an as new condition in original packaging within 14 days from the date you notify us you are cancelling the order

This must be done at your cost and upon receipt of goods returned to us in as new condition we will reimburse the cost of the goods minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping charge. Any damage caused by your couriers in the return of the item is your responsibility and therefore any costs for repairs will also be your liability.
